If you have feedback; a compliment, complaint or suggestion, please bring the matter to the attention of a staff member on duty, or to the manager of the ward during your stay.
Alternatively, ‘How was your experience’ feedback forms are available on each ward, just let one of our Nursing staff know that you would like one.
If you experienced excellent customer service or care from one of teams or individual staff members, please let us know. We will make sure your compliment is passed on.
